Refund policy

Cancellations:
Due to the volatile nature of the market, all sales are final. In the event that a cancellation is approved, buyers will be required to cover the non-refundable credit card processing charge.

Damaged Items:
In the event that an item is damaged in-transit, Mystic TCG will help to facilitate a return or partial refund.

Pre-Orders:
Pre-Orders can be cancelled at anytime up until the date of release, but doing so will incur a 20% cancellation fee. As of the day of release, pre-order cancellations will not be permitted.
