All sales are final. No returns are permitted.

In terms of Pre-orders. You are free to cancel any pre-order at any time, up until the date of release, but doing so will incur a 20% cancellation fee. As of the day of release, pre-order cancellations will not be permitted and you will be asked to honor the sale.
